If you’re unable to log in to your TransferGo profile because you changed your phone number, follow these steps to regain access:
- Open the TransferGo app or website
- Select "Create Account"
- Enter your new phone number
- Complete the initial registration steps
- When prompted for an email address, enter the same email that was linked to your old account
- The system will identify that your email is already registered
- Check your email inbox for a verification code
- Enter the verification code in the app/website
- Once verified, your account recovery is complete
