I can't log in

If you’re unable to log in to your TransferGo profile because you changed your phone number, follow these steps to regain access:

  1. Open the TransferGo app or website
  2. Select "Create Account"
  3. Enter your new phone number
  4. Complete the initial registration steps
  5. When prompted for an email address, enter the same email that was linked to your old account
  6. The system will identify that your email is already registered
  7. Check your email inbox for a verification code
  8. Enter the verification code in the app/website
  9. Once verified, your account recovery is complete

If you no longer have access to your registered email address, follow these instructions to update your email.
