I can't log in

If you’re unable to log in to your TransferGo account, follow these steps to regain access:

Step 1: Verify Your Login Details

  1. Open the TransferGo app and enter your current phone number.
  2. Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. If your details are correct, you’ll be prompted to enter your 4-digit passcode.

Important: If you are not asked for your passcode, you may be using a different phone number than the one linked to your account.

Step 2: Update Your Phone Number

If your phone number has changed, you will receive an email with a recovery code after attempting to log in. Follow these steps to update your number:

  1. Open the email and click on the login button, OR copy the 6-digit recovery code.
  2. Paste the recovery code into the TransferGo app.
  3. Confirm your new phone number when prompted.

Step 3: Recover Your Email Access

If you no longer have access to your registered email address, follow these instructions to update your email.
