If you’re unable to log in to your TransferGo account, follow these steps to regain access:
Step 1: Verify Your Login Details
- Open the TransferGo app and enter your current phone number.
- Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- If your details are correct, you’ll be prompted to enter your 4-digit passcode.
Important: If you are not asked for your passcode, you may be using a different phone number than the one linked to your account.
Step 2: Update Your Phone Number
If your phone number has changed, you will receive an email with a recovery code after attempting to log in. Follow these steps to update your number:
- Open the email and click on the login button, OR copy the 6-digit recovery code.
- Paste the recovery code into the TransferGo app.
- Confirm your new phone number when prompted.
Step 3: Recover Your Email Access
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, follow these instructions to update your email.
