If you sent us a deposit via a local transfer, you shouldn’t worry if you don’t see the money in your TransferGo account immediately. It can take longer for bank transfers to be processed:
- if you sent a local deposit from the UK, it may take up to an hour for us to receive the payment
- if you sent a local deposit from Europe, it may take up to 24 hours for us to receive the payment (except for Germany)
- if you sent a local deposit from Germany, it may take up to 36 hours for us to receive the payment
We’ll send you an email the moment we receive your deposit.
