Managing Your Receivers Made Easy
Updating or adding a receiver is simple—just follow these steps.
Before You Begin
• Receivers are only visible under the delivery option they were added for (e.g., IBAN, Card).
• Adding a receiver for a previously used channel (Bank-to-Bank, Card-to-Card) still requires setup.
Adding or Updating a Receiver in the App
1. Start your transfer and go to the Receiver screen.
2. To use an existing receiver: Tap their name and confirm.
3. To add a new receiver:
◦ Tap Change during order setup.
◦ Select the delivery channel (e.g., Bank-to-Bank).
◦ Tap Continue, enter details, and save.
Managing Receivers on the Web
1. Log in and click your name (top-right).
2. Select Receivers to view or edit your list.
3. Click Add Receiver to enter new details.
Quick Tip
If you can’t find a receiver, ensure you’ve selected the correct delivery option.
