Managing your receivers has never been easier. Whether you want to update an existing receiver or add a new one, follow this guide to make the process seamless.
Important Notes Before You Begin
- Saved receivers will only be visible when you select the delivery option they were added for (previously used for sending to their IBAN, Card etc.)
- To add a new receiver for a delivery channel you've used previously, you’ll still need to follow a few steps to ensure the correct setup (Bank to Bank; Card to Card).
How to Change or Add a New Receiver via the App
- Start creating the order
- Begin your transfer as usual by entering the transfer details.
- On the Receiver screen, you’ll see a list of receivers associated with the selected delivery option.
- To send to an existing Receiver:
- Tap the receiver's name and select an existing receiver from the list.
- Confirm your choice
- To Add a New Receiver for the Same Delivery Channel:
- Tap Change visible during the first step of order creation.
- Choose the delivery channel (e.g., Bank-Bank; Card-Bank etc.) from the options.
- Tap Continue to proceed to the "Add New Receiver" form.
- Fill in the receiver's details and save them.
How to Manage Receivers on the Web
If you’re using our web platform, you’ll find an additional tab for receivers:
- Log In to Your Account:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu.
- Select the Receivers tab.
- Add or Update a Receiver:
- Here, you’ll see a list of your saved receivers.
- Click Add Receiver or select an existing one to edit their details.
- Ensure you choose the appropriate delivery option when adding a new receiver to align with your transfer preferences.
Quick Tip
If you can’t find the receiver you’re looking for, double-check that you’ve selected the correct delivery option, as this filters which receivers are displayed.
