Please keep in mind that these steps apply only if you cannot access your old email address and you cannot change the phone number yourself.
Changed your phone number?
To change your phone number, please submit a request. You'll need to provide your old number and your new number. If you don't remember the old phone number, we can still update it, you'll just need to provide your new number, your full name, date of birth and information about your account (TG number) or your last transfer (date, amount, order number).
