You can't delete a single transfer or clear your history.
We're required by law to keep a record of every payment you make, even after it's complete. It also helps us keep your account secure.
How long we keep it depends on which TransferGo company holds your account: at least 5 years if that's TransferGo Ltd, or at least 8 years if that's UAB TransferGo Lithuania.
The period runs from your last transfer or from the day you close your account, according to the binding law requirements.
After the required period, we securely delete your data, unless we're legally required to keep it for longer.

- Your history and data are confidential.
We share it only where we're legally required to, for example with regulators, law enforcement, and with the suppliers that help us run your account. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full. - Closing your account doesn't delete your history. We keep it for the period above.
