Every conversation you've had with our support team is saved, so you can reopen an old chat any time to check what was said or pick up where you left off.
1. Go to your most recent chat
- Go to Home.
- Tap your initials in the top-left corner.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Chat with us.
💡 Your most recent chat opens automatically.
2. Go to your chat history
- From the most recent chat window, tap the back arrow in the top-left corner.
This takes you to your full conversation list, with your most recent chats at the top.
Each one shows the date it started and a short preview of the last message.
- Tap any conversation to open it and read the full chat history.

- Want to start a new conversation instead? Tap New conversation at the bottom of your chat list.
- Chat with us is available 24/7 through our virtual agent, with live support Monday to Friday, 06.00 to 19.00, and Saturday to Sunday, 06.00 to 15.00 (UTC).
