How to add a promo code
Got a promo code? Here's how to add it to your transfer.
- Set up your transfer as usual, choosing your sending and receiving amounts and transfer type.
- Tap Start a transfer.
- Add or select a receiver.
- Under Pay from, tap Add a promo code.
- Enter your code and confirm.
- Tap Continue to review your transfer details and proceed with payment.
💡 Your code appears as a tag once added. Tap the X next to it any time to remove it.

Why isn't my promo code covering the whole fee?
The fee depends on how you choose to pay for your transfer, so it can change from one order to the next. You'll always see the full fee on screen before you confirm, so you'll know exactly what you're paying.
How to get a lower fee while using a promo code
If your fee is higher than you expected, there are two things you can try:
- Pay with a different card. Fees vary between card types, so another card may cost you less.
- Pay by bank transfer instead. This usually gives you the best rate.
You can change how you pay before you confirm your order.
Good to know
- Promo codes are optional. You can complete your transfer without one.
- Promo Code Availability: Promo codes may not be available in certain regions (e.g., for sending from Ukraine).
