The Team space is where you manage who can use your TransferGo profile.
A. Cancelling a pending invitation
If an invited user has not yet accepted their invitation, and you need to revoke access:
- Access the Team space from the main menu.
- Locate and click on the specific pending invitation you wish to cancel.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
B. Resending an invitation
To reissue an invitation that has either expired or was previously declined by the recipient:
- Navigate to the Team space.
- Find the entry for the user whose invitation you need to resend.
- Click the Resend option associated with that invitation.
C. Removing an existing user
If a team member no longer requires access to the company profile:
- Go to the Team space.
- Click on the name of the user you need to remove from the profile.
- You will then see and can select the Remove user option to finalise the removal. The user whose access was removed will be notified by email.
