How to manage your team's access?

The Team space is where you manage who can use your TransferGo profile.

A. Cancelling a pending invitation

If an invited user has not yet accepted their invitation, and you need to revoke access:

  1. Access the Team space from the main menu.
  2. Locate and click on the specific pending invitation you wish to cancel.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

B. Resending an invitation

To reissue an invitation that has either expired or was previously declined by the recipient:

  1. Navigate to the Team space.
  2. Find the entry for the user whose invitation you need to resend.
  3. Click the Resend option associated with that invitation.

C. Removing an existing user

If a team member no longer requires access to the company profile:

  1. Go to the Team space.
  2. Click on the name of the user you need to remove from the profile.
  3. You will then see and can select the Remove user option to finalise the removal. The user whose access was removed will be notified by email.
