How to add team members?

Multi-user access allows your team to operate under one company profile securely, eliminating the need to share login credentials.

Follow these steps to send an official invitation for multi-user access:

  1. Access the team menu: Log in to your TransferGo account and click on the team option in the left-side menu. For now, this menu item is only visible to users who have been reviewed and designated as eligible.
  2. Initiate an invitation: Click the "Invite member" button.
  3. Enter user details: Provide the email address of the user you wish to invite.
  4. Confirm and agree: Review and tick the box to “Review & agree to Authorisation Terms”.
  5. Verify profile: To authorise the invitation, securely enter the password of your TransferGo profile.
  6. Send invitation: The invitation has now been sent via email to the new member.

Immediately after sending the invite, you will see a confirmation screen that provides key information:

  • Invite expiry date: Details the deadline for the recipient to accept the invitation.
  • Share option: Offers the ability to copy the invite link and share it directly with other company representatives, if needed.
