How do I replace my card?

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can easily replace it. All you need to do is access your TransferGo app and follow these steps to order a new card:

  • Open the Card section
  • Click on Replace card
  • Select the reason why you're requesting a card replacement
  • Confirm the new card order

Your physical card will be shipped to the confirmed address in 5-7 business days.
