Your virtual GoCard is issued and activated instantly once all the requirements are met:
- You must have an active TransferGo account
- Have passed all identification checks ( you confirmed your ID and have completed at least 1 transfer with TransferGo)
- Have a supported currency account available
- Be on Android in the UK: GoCard is expanding to more devices and countries soon;
Your virtual GoCard details are immediately visible in the app for online use.
For your physical GoCard, activation occurs through the TransferGo mobile app. When you order your physical GoCard, a PIN is automatically set and displayed to you after activation. Make sure to follow any on-screen instructions in the app to complete the activation process.
