How do I activate my GoCard?

Your virtual GoCard is issued and activated instantly once all the requirements are met:

  • You must have an active TransferGo account
  • Have passed all identification checks ( you confirmed your ID and have completed at least 1 transfer with TransferGo)
  • Have a supported currency account available

Your virtual GoCard details are immediately visible in the app for online use.

For your physical GoCard, activation occurs through the TransferGo mobile app. When you order your physical GoCard, a PIN is automatically set and displayed to you after activation. Make sure to follow any on-screen instructions in the app to complete the activation process.
