Yes, you can have a physical GoCard, but you must first order and activate a virtual GoCard through the TransferGo mobile app. Once your virtual GoCard is active, follow these steps:
- Once you have an active virtual GoCard, you will see the option to "Order a physical card."
- Confirm your delivery address and set or view your card PIN (the newest flow sets a PIN automatically and displays it after activation).
- Submit your order (no fees are taken for the delivery)
- Your physical GoCard will be shipped to the confirmed address in 5-7 business days.
