For your physical GoCard, you can check or unblock your PIN directly within the TransferGo mobile app. When you order your physical GoCard, a PIN is automatically set and then displayed to you in the app after the card's activation.
You can view your PIN code by following these steps:
- Click on the "Card" menu in the TransferGo app
- Select "Show PIN"
- Enter your TransferGo app security code
- Now you can see your PIN
If you need to change your PIN, you can do this at an ATM (you'll follow the steps on the ATM screen).
