You can easily freeze your GoCard instantly through the TransferGo mobile app or website. This feature allows you to temporarily block your GoCard if it's misplaced or you want to prevent unauthorised use.
Open the Card menu in your profile and then select the “Freeze Card” toggle. You can also unfreeze (unlock) it at any time by clicking again on the "Freeze Card" toggle.
