Yes, you can delete your TransferGo account if you meet the following conditions:
✅ You have no pending transactions
✅ Your Wallet balance is empty
✅ You have no unpaid earnings from invited friends
How to delete your account
1️⃣ Log in to your TransferGo account
2️⃣ Go to Home, then tap More (☰ in the top left corner)
3️⃣ Select Settings
4️⃣ Open the Confidentiality tab and scroll down
5️⃣ Click Delete account, then confirm with Yes, delete my account
6️⃣ Confirm the deletion using your passcode or biometrics (Face ID/Touch ID)
⚠️ Important: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. If you need help, contact our support team.
