Where can I find my client number?
You can find it in the ‘ACCOUNT’ section of your TransferGo app. It starts with the letters ‘TG’, which is followed by numbers.
Why is it needed?
Adding your client number in the payment reference field helps us identify that this money is coming from you so that we can assign the money to your profile.
