How do I find my unique client number?
Log in to your TransferGo account and your unique client number will be on the top right corner.
It starts with the letters TG, followed by 5–7 digits.
When you contact us, we’ll ask for your unique client number. This helps us find your account and answer any questions you have about your transfers.
Please remember to provide your unique client number in the ‘Reference’ field when making a bank transfer to TransferGo. This will help ensure that your transfer goes smoothly.
