What is TransferGo Plus?
TransferGo Plus is a subscription for customers with an active PLN TransferGo Account. It starts with a free introductory period, and during that time you earn cashback on qualifying transfers.
Who can join
To join TransferGo Plus, you need:
- An active PLN TransferGo Account.
- Not to have already used this offer before.
Sign-ups are open for a limited time, so join while it's available. Check the app for the current sign-up window.
If you don't have a PLN TransferGo Account yet, you can't join TransferGo Plus. Opening a PLN account on its own won't automatically enrol you.
How to join
- Choose a plan in the app. Monthly and annual options are available, with current pricing shown before you confirm.
- Start your free introductory period at no cost.
- Earn cashback on qualifying transfers throughout your free period.
- Once your free period ends, your chosen plan starts billing automatically, unless you cancel first.
How cashback works
You earn cashback on transfers you send from your PLN TransferGo Account to Ukraine, in UAH. Transfers from other currency accounts don't qualify, even if they're going to Ukraine.
There's a monthly cap on how much cashback you can earn. Cashback is paid out within 5 business days after each subscription cycle ends, based on the date you joined, not the calendar month. You'll get cashback every month, on any plan.

Cancelling TransferGo Plus
When you cancel, your cashback and access stay active until the end of your current subscription cycle, then stop.
Cancelling partway through your free period doesn't protect you all the way to the end of it, so you may lose part of it. You won't be charged again after your access stops.
What's included now
Right now, TransferGo Plus gives you cashback on qualifying transfers. Your cashback is active as soon as you join. The rest of the TransferGo Plus benefits start once your paid plan begins, after your free period ends.
FAQs
Why can't I enrol? Make sure you have an active PLN TransferGo Account. If you do and still can't join, contact us so we can look into it.
Why didn't my transfer earn cashback? Check that: it was sent to Ukraine in UAH, it was paid from your PLN TransferGo Account (not a card or bank payment), you hadn't already reached your monthly cashback cap, and you accepted the cashback terms when you signed up for TransferGo Plus.
When do I get my cashback? It builds up during your subscription cycle and pays out within the next 5 business days, every month, on any plan.
How do I cancel? You can cancel any time. Your cashback and access run until the end of your subscription cycle, then stop. It doesn't run all the way to the end of your free period if you cancel partway through.
What happens after I cancel? Nothing changes until your current month ends. Cashback keeps building until then, then stops. Any part of the free period you hadn't used yet is lost, not refunded.
