How long does it take to receive money in my TransferGo Account?

The time depends on how the money is sent:

1. Money sent from another TransferGo user with an active multi-currency account (TransferGo-to-TransferGo)

Transfers between TransferGo Accounts are designed to be instant.

2. Money sent by bank transfer (top-up)

If someone sends a bank transfer to your TransferGo Account, the funds typically appear within 24 hours.

Important note about supported receiving currencies

At the moment, customers can receive money only into their EUR and GBP TransferGo Accounts.
