How does it work?
Download account statements and transaction receipts directly from your TransferGo Account: ideal for bookkeeping, expense claims, or audit trails.
What's included
Available for TransferGo Accounts, covering all completed activity: user-to-user payouts, card transactions, and FX top-ups. Pending transactions and remittances not funded from the TransferGo Account aren't included.
Where to find it
Available on the web only for now. Make sure you're logged in before you start.
How to download an account statement
- Go to the Account section and click Download Statement.
- Choose your date range, format (PDF or CSV), and currency, then download.
Statements are generated per currency account, so your EUR, GBP, and other currency reports stay cleanly separated. The export buttons on your homepage and in account details still work as they always have.
How to download a transaction receipt
Open the transaction and click Payment Receipt.
What's in your statement
Both PDF and CSV contain the same information: PDF works well for audits, and CSV for tools like Xero and QuickBooks. Each statement includes account holder details, the date range, opening and closing balances, a full transaction table (action, receiver, fees, conversion rate, final balance), and a unique reference per transaction.
What's in your receipt
A summary of the transaction, plus sender and receiver details. The receiver section may show a masked card number instead of an IBAN, depending on how the payment was paid out.
