Find out more about batch payments

This article answers some of the most common questions about batch payments.

What file formats can I upload to create a batch payment?

We support XLSX (Excel) or a .CSV documents for batch payments. It enables you to process multiple payments in bulk by filling in your payment data according to the provided template.

How can I open the batch payment template?

Go to the Batch Payments section of your business account platform. This is typically where you initiate batch payments and access related features. Once you click on “Create template”, you can start adding all the needed details for your transfer.

Can I add or remove details from the template?

It’s very important not to change the formatting of the template. Fill in the required fields using the reference text and drop-downs where available. Do not edit empty fields, as this will lead to validation errors.

The template is designed to guide you through entering all required data for each of your receiver and their country, with example values included. This ensures your upload is accepted and your payments are processed smoothly.

Can I upload my own file without using the template?

You must use a file that matches the required structure—using the official template is highly recommended and often necessary. The system expects specific columns and formatting to process batch payments correctly.

If you upload your own file without following the template structure, there’s a high risk that your file will be rejected or trigger errors (for example, missing required fields, wrong headers, or unsupported data formats).
