How to use the batch payments template

To successfully use this feature, please follow the steps below:

  • Upload the file to the "Upload via template" drag-and-drop box if you already have a template.
    • Note: We only support documents that follow our template structure.
  • Click "Create a template".This generates a template with all necessary fields and placeholders customised to your selected receiver type and details.
  • On our dashboard:
    • Select the account you'll be paying from (e.g. EUR, PLN)
    • Add receiver information and click "Add to template"
    • Download the template after adding all the receivers
    • Note: The template will include example values for each added receiver
  • After downloading the file:
    1. We recommend using the .xlsx template and opening it in Microsoft Excel
    2. Fill in the required fields using the reference text and drop-downs where available. Do not edit empty fields
    3. Save and upload the file to create your batch payment
