To successfully use this feature, please follow the steps below:
- Upload the file to the "Upload via template" drag-and-drop box if you already have a template.
- Note: We only support documents that follow our template structure.
- Click "Create a template".This generates a template with all necessary fields and placeholders customised to your selected receiver type and details.
- On our dashboard:
- Select the account you'll be paying from (e.g. EUR, PLN)
- Add receiver information and click "Add to template"
- Download the template after adding all the receivers
- Note: The template will include example values for each added receiver
- After downloading the file:
- We recommend using the .xlsx template and opening it in Microsoft Excel
- Fill in the required fields using the reference text and drop-downs where available. Do not edit empty fields
- Save and upload the file to create your batch payment
