You can top up money to your GBP, EUR and PLN balances straight from the app, and there's more than one way to pay.
How to top up
- On the home screen, tap the balance you want to top up.
- Tap Top up.
- Enter the amount you want to add.
- Under Top up from, tap Change to choose how you'd like to pay.
- Tap Pay to confirm.
Ways to pay
The ways you can pay depend on which balance you're topping up.
- Pay by bank — pick your bank's country, then your bank, and approve the payment in your banking app.
- Bank transfer — we'll show you the account owner name, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code to send the money to. Tap the copy icon next to any detail, or Share details to send them all at once.
- Google Pay — pay with the card in your Google account.
- Card — add your card number, expiry date and billing address.
- BLIK — enter the 6-digit BLIK code from your banking app, then authorise the payment there.
The app shows the fee and how long each option takes before you pay, so you can compare them side by side.
Good to know
- Any account or card you've paid from before shows up under Your accounts, ready to reuse.
- Choosing your bank's country means the country where your bank account is registered, not where you live.
- If you're paying by bank transfer, send the money from a bank account in your own name.
