The short answer is: absolutely!

TransferGo Ltd is a registered payment service provider. We are supervised by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) under Money Laundering Regulations 12667079, and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as authorised payment institution 600886.

We cooperate with trusted banking partners throughout the world. All the transactions are protected by industry standard HTTPS encryption. Our customers’ money is kept separate from our operational accounts (in special segregated accounts). This helps us keep your funds completely safe.

We never ask for sensitive information like your pin code, full card number or CVV code over the phone or by email. You should only enter this type of information in secure fields during the payment process.

We never share your information with third parties, and only TransferGo employees with special clearance are able to access user documents.

At TransferGo, we use SSL technology to keep your information safe. We’re registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office), the UK's independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest (TransferGo registration number: Z316680X).

Based on our regulators' requirements, we're obliged to store your personal data for 5 years.
