What should my receiver do?

If you’ve sent money to your receiver using their phone number, we will send them an SMS to the phone number you provided during ordering your transfer.

 

The SMS has a link on which they have to click in order to provide us with their banking information. They have 48 hours to add their bank information. 

 

Once they do that, we’ll transfer the money to their bank account.

 

If your receiver never got an SMS from us, please reach out to our Customer Support team and they will happily assist you. They’re here to help Monday – Friday, from 7:00 AM to 18:00 PM BST.
