You might prefer to make a payment from your joint account. We will sometimes ask you to prove that your account is joint—for example, a copy of your bank statement with the name of your bank, the names of both account holders and the account number visible.
Also, we will sometimes ask you some details about the other bank account holder (name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, their ID document).
