Why has my account been suspended?

 

Accounts are usually suspended for one of the following reasons:

  1. The friend you invited already has an account, or you have created multiple accounts yourself
  2. You or your friend were transferring money to your own account(s)
  3. You used a prepaid card/bank account to make the transfer.
