How do I get a virtual GoCard?

Getting your first virtual GoCard is the mandatory initial step to accessing our card services.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the "Cards" section in your TransferGo mobile app.
2. Tap the option to order a new card.
3. For your first card, you will automatically be issued a virtual debit card.

Your virtual card will be issued instantly once all the necessary requirements are met:

• You must have an active TransferGo account with a multi-currency account
• Have passed all identification checks ( you confirmed your ID and have completed at least 1 transfer with TransferGo)
• Have a supported currency account available
