Your passcode is a 4 digit code that you set up. If you forget your passcode, you need to follow these steps:
Click on Forgot your passcode?
Enter your phone number and insert the 6 digit verification code we've sent via SMS
We will email you with a link to reset your passcode
Changed your phone number?
To change your phone number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address registered in your account. You'll need to provide your old number and your new number.If you don't remember the old phone number, we can still update it, you'll just need to provide your new number, your full name, date of birth and information about your account (TG number) or your last transfer (date, amount, order number).
Didn't receive the SMS verification code?
If your phone number is correct and is registered in you account, but you're not receiving the 6 digit verification code via SMS, please email us at email@example.com from the email address registered in your account and we'll help you.
