Why has my account been suspended?

 

Accounts are usually suspended for one of the following reasons:

  1. Your invited user already exists, or you have created multiple profiles.
  2. You or your friend were transferring money to your own account.
  3. You used a prepaid card or account for a transfer.

If none of these reasons apply to you and you think we made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Support.
