How can I make a transfer using the TransferGo app?

It’s easy. Just download the app from the App Store, log in and follow these steps:

  • Choose the countries you’re making your transfer from and to
  • Choose the sum you want to send and click “Start”
  • Add your recipient’s details and click “Next”
  • Choose the payment method: pay via your e-banking or use your debit card (only up to 2000 GBP/EUR).

Select “Bank deposit” if you want to make a deposit via your e-banking. After confirming your payment summary, log into your e-banking and use the TransferGo bank account details you’ll see in the last page of the booking to make a local transfer to our account.

Select “Debit card” if you want to pay with your debit card (available only for transfers up to 2000 GBP/EUR) and provide your debit card details. You only need 'Hold to send' when sending money with the same card again.

After we’ve received your payment, we’ll be able to send it to your recipient.
