If you don’t have online banking, you can go to your local bank branch and ask them to transfer the money to a TransferGo bank account. We’ll then send this money on to your receiver.
First, you need to create a transfer order on our app or website. When you reach the last step of your transfer order, we’ll give you the TransferGo bank account details. You’ll give these details to your bank to make the bank transfer.
Important things to remember:
- Bank transfers must come from your personal bank account
- We can’t accept cash
- You need to add your unique client number as a reference when transferring the money to us
- Create your TransferGo transfer order for the exact amount that you’re going to transfer from your bank account.
