Verifying Identity with Direct ID

You can verify your identity with DirectID using your online bank accounts and credit bureau information. When choosing this option, you’ll be asked to enter your online bank login details. This proves that you have secure access to your bank account. By using the DirectID, you are consenting to share your information with TransferGo. This information may include:

  • Your personal information
  • Financial profile and bank transaction data
  • Bureau or Credit Reference Agencies data

Is it safe?

When verifying your identity with DirectID, you can be sure that no one ever has access to your credentials and your account is always safe. When you login to your bank account via DirectID, neither DirectID nor TransferGo will ever see, store or have access to your credentials.

Your data will be kept safe by employing the most stringent security and privacy methods. All transaction data is encrypted and access to your bank information is always read only.
